Meet the team making things happen in Mildura.


Daryl has over 20 years of experience within local government, community development and commercial business and passionately advocates for innovation and transformation. He specialises in smart economic development planning, digital transition, capital raising and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Kirsten has a Bachelor of Arts Journalism and over 26 years of experience working in the media as an adviser and a strategic and creative communications specialist, with her work published nationally. She has assisted private businesses, government and not-for-profits with their communications and has also taught professional writing.

Kirsten Lloyd

Senior Communications Adviser and 2IC

Sharon has a long history working in community advocacy roles and has worked in economic development and industry liaison for the last four years. She has relationships with both external and internal investors and delivers valuable outcomes for Mildura. Sharon oversees various programs that support the growth and viability of business in the region.

Project Officer (Economic Development)

Wendy has worked for a number of years in the financial counselling and business support sector and is an experienced project manager. Within Mildura Regional Development, Wendy manages all aspects of office administration, including human resources and board co-ordination.

Nick has over 22 years in the banking and finance industry and a further eight years in senior administration roles and understands what it takes to create viable business cases and how to capitalise on funding opportunities, to support projects from concept through to ongoing management.

Pamela has a Certificate III in Tourism and an Advanced Diploma in Tourism Management and has worked in tourism, in industry development and marketing support roles. She has recently completed a Project Planning and Management course and is now a General Project Officer, supporting both tourism and economic development projects.

Ange has worked in the tourism and events sector for several years and has Advanced Diplomas in Hospitality and Tourism Management, a Certificate IV Business Administration, Certificate IV Training and Assessment and an Executive Certificate in Event Management. Ange has also completed the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competence Course.
